How do you size your pieces?
Each product page lists detailed measurements from the actual sample, not a generic size chart. Our cuts run between true to size and a touch generous — we'd rather you size down than feel constrained. Fit team is available at fit@marloweandvale.com.
Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Rarely within the same season. When we do bring a style back, it's the following collection with refinements — different fabric, updated proportions, or new colors. Sold-out styles are listed in the journal when they return.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders place by 1pm ET ship the same business day from our SoHo studio. Standard U.S. shipping is 3 to 5 business days and is free over $150. Express options are available at checkout.
Can I include alterations with my order?
Yes — every purchase includes complimentary in-house alterations performed in our SoHo atelier. Add a note in your cart with the changes you'd like, or schedule a fitting in person when your order arrives.
