From the Essentials lookbook
Photographed by Eliana Marquez in Soho across two grey mornings in October. The pieces are deliberately the same across the campaign — what changes is the way they layer.
Trench over knit over tee, knit over trouser, tee under blazer, denim under all of it.
Heritage 60/40 wool-cotton, full or cropped.
$890
Hand-finished English bridle leather.
$620
About The Essentials
The Essentials are the pieces we keep in production all year. They get the same atelier finishing as the seasonal collections — same hand-finished hems, same custom hardware, same Garment District labor — but the patterns are stable.
That means a Mercer trouser bought in 2026 will measure the same as one bought in 2030. A Spring St trench will hand down. A Houston supima tee can be reordered in exactly the same size, three years from now, in exactly the same color. We make for keeping, not for refreshing.
